Media Review: How to train your dragon 2

How to Train Your Dragon 2

How to train your dragon was released on June 13 2014 by DreamWorks Animation film studios.
How to train your dragon is the movie that I'm doing for my movie review. I found it a fun adventure epic movie that was enjoyable for the whole family.

In summary How to train your dragon 2 is a sequel to the movie adaption of the books written about Hiccup a viking teenage boy who unlike his other villagers isn't very good at killing dragons but is clever and quick-witted. But in the first movie he ends up befriending a dragon which turns out to be of great help in his adventure in the sequel. Drago Bludvist is a tyrant who uses his own tamed Dragon (that can hypnotize other dragons) into wielding an army of dragons who he wished to conquer various Islands with. Hiccup tries to reason with him fails and when retreating finds his long-lost mother (thought dead) mother. Eventually he defeats Drago and all is safe once again on Berk.   My favorite part was the reunion of Hiccup and his mother Valka and how they both had a love of dragons and while Valka had more knowledge of dragons Hiccup did what she thought couldn't be done and convinced the other viking that dragons aren't evil. It also showed us the BewilderBeast albeit unlike Drago's it was more peaceful.

I otherwise enjoyed the fight scene of Drago and Hiccup though the dragon to dragon fight was interesting with how Toothless eventually managed to shake off the hypnosis wen it mattered.
My least favourite part was when they encountered the dragon trapping ship, I think that if they hadn't known about it they could've been more angry as dragons had shown they had intelligence and Drago was making them slaves. I didn't think they added enough reasoning for Valka abandoning her family. I also wondered why the evil BewilderBeast followed Drago and thought they didn't add enough of a back story so it got confusing.

Generally and overall How to train your dragon was a great movie for my family and so I would give it a 7.5/10 because while it had dragons but also humour I didn't like a few parts for a couple of reasons such as while the book described things totally different I thought it a good change except for less details. Toothless also really seemed more defined then the lovable pet dragon of the last movie. The movie was delightful and I thought it deserved 7.5 out of 10 stars very much.

Games Review- World's Hardest Game

World's Hardest Game

Developed in 2007 by AddictingGames most people agree it's very difficult.
The Worlds hardest game is a rather misleading title as it's hard but more frustrating really. You can download it on phone, tablet,Ipad or play it on the computer. It's a fun game as long as you don't get angry with the constant dying.

The point of the game is that you a red square get the yellow circle(s) while trying to avoid the moving blue circles that can kill you to get to the green areas that allow you into the next level.
Image result for worlds hardest game  That sounds simple enough in theory, but ends up being a hard task most players are angered by. People still keep on playing though and playing to pass the level and it ends up being addicting.

I really liked it because while it was challenging it was always sucking me in so I kept playing though I died a lot at first eventually the game gets easier as you keep playing. To play the game you have to keep calm while figuring out a way to pass the hard levels. Its not really that hard to play and by later levels you get the hang of it easily.

Image result for level 30 worlds hardest game There's 30 levels in all and most don't ever reach the last level without copious amounts of help from game-plays and walkthroughs.

The difficulty of the levels increases by each level which is even more annoying. But overall the game while hard isn't really that complicated. It's more how the game would annoy most people because while it. I liked the game and the only part that really was annoying to me was the constant irritating music you can't turn off.

My rating is a 3 out of 5 while the game keeps your interest for a while you get frustrated by it's difficulty you also can't help but keep on playing. The background music also really annoyed me. I liked the simplicity even though it was quite hard. So while I enjoyed the game I liked it at the same time as the game was addicting so I think it thoroughly earned 3 stars out of five.

Media: Movie Review

Movie Review: Rise of the Planet of the Apes

Director:Rupert Wyatt
Cast: James Franco, John Lithgow, Andy SerkisFreida Pinto, Karin Konoval
Genre: Sci-fi, Drama, Action

The plot was all about how Monkeys are taken from their homes and experimented on and Caeser one of these monkeys is born in a lab and Will Rodman (James Franco) takes him in when he's considered faulty and experiments on him to cure Alzheimer's disease. Well this ends up giving him when tested on him it turns out it's not the best for humans.

Eventually as Ceaser grows up we see the intelligence of him and how he learns about the injustices against monkeys. Franco seems to take him as a sort of adopted son after a while but Ceaser is rising and he's doing this with intelligence and aggressiveness.
The movie was inspiring with wonderful graphics and heart-breaking plot. It was a great movie overall  and had very few bad sides.
I give it a ***** 5 stars!

Game Review

MapleStory

Maplestory is an online multiplayer role-playing game that you download (MMORPG) it's fun for all ages above 10 though most of it's players are in their teenage years. The game is all about killing monsters, collecting items or money to trade. The plot of the story is that theres a non-player character (NPC) that's the leader of these monsters.
Playing the game requires doing quests to go up in levels they're mostly a NPC assigned quest such as look for scroll, monster artifact and etc. That's very commonly the type of quest though sometimes if you can find a a partner or group that is maximum of up to 6 this is called a party. You can only create one if your +lv.10 where you are put in a map with monsters leading up to a boss monster. Also a party leader and its members all have to be around 50 levels near each other. As well as an expedition is a larger type where you have to be a +lv.50 because the boss monster is harder to kill.
Trading is when you gather things like scrolls (which improve characters items they were, or transport) or equipment, and even money and trade with another player. You can get it by buying from an NPC or killing a monster and it dropping it when it dies. Trading is a big part of maplestory.
The high points of maplestory is that it's a fun child friendly game with a plot and lots of player to player interaction. You can befriend people online and it is totally free and you can train your character to up to level 100-200 which is a lot of time and fun to be had. Also it's in fact interesting and fun it sucks you in and you won't want to leave.

You can find the website at http://maplestory.nexon.net/

The low points are that while the game is usually glitch free they might have to do patchs sometimes(when the server has to fix glitches in game) also while the game is free you can buy special equipment and such off of the website and while that's common in games maplestorys only last 90 days which after people want to buy it again.
These are typical 'Monsters'
Maplestory had very good graphic quality and some background music. The content of the story was basically to go after boss' which were the upper minions of the black mage which was the protagonist of the plot of Maplestory which in it was called Maple word. To play the game you use the keyboard and steadily go from killing higher boss' as you get to higher level which is the basic purpose of the game as well as going on partys and doing quests.
So in conclusion MapleStory is a good game that most teenagers could play for hours. Which on the plus side which has a very well written plot and fun to play. For the cons it has all the usual hackers and frequently has glitches. But overall it's a good game so I would give it a 4.5 out of 5.

Fun Fact

http://maplestory.nexon.net/micro-site/attackontitan  Did you know there's actually an up-coming cross over with both maplestory an attack on titan gaming together.
